http://www.jnto.org.au or http://www.jnto.go.jp *When you establish such a link, please e-mail jntoinfo@jnto.org.au and provide the name of your site, the URL of your site's home page, the URL of the page on which you intend to place the hyperlink, contact information for the site's administrator, and a brief description of the site. *JNTO cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the linking site or its contents resulting from the placing of a link to the JNTO site. *If, after receiving permission to link to the JNTO Web site, the linking site is determined to include content that does not meet JNTO's Guidance (below), JNTO will require that the link be removed as a precautionary measure. |

| *Bulletin boards *Sites containing material that is or could be slanderous or injurious to the reputation of JNTO or its affiliated organizations *Sites containing material that does or could infringe on the copyrights or intellectual property of JNTO or its affiliated organizations *Sites containing material that is or could be damaging to the financial assets, reputation, personal rights or privacy of staff at JNTO or its affiliated organizations *Sites containing material prejudicial to public morals *Sites providing false or misleading information *Sites displaying linked pages in a frame. Displaying the JNTO home page inside a frame is strictly prohibited. *Sites using frames should include TARGET="_blank" or TARGET="_top" in the coding of the JNTO link. |

| Guidelines for Using Banners | ||||||||||||||
| The following regulations must be observed when using the JNTO
Web site link banners: *Those wishing to use the banners should contact JNTO at jntoinfo@jnto.org.au *Until an affirmative reply is received from JNTO (within two weeks), the banners may not be posted on your site. *Supplemental information about JNTO and its activities must not be included in conjunction with the banner, since this could lead to confusion for readers should any changes take place at JNTO. *The size of the banners should not be altered. *The banner should be placed in a prominent position and should not be combined with any other images. *An official JNTO banner must only be used in a context expressing positive sentiments regarding the JNTO. In any context expressing negative sentiments regarding JNTO and its affiliated organizations, the banner may not be used and must be removed. |
